The Top 5 Most Commonly Trapped Emotions

“Wow, those are a lot of emotions!”

I often hear that comment from a new client when I am giving them an Emotion Code session and releasing trapped emotions from their body.

This is not unusual.  Often times there can be a whole long list of emotions to release when a client has been dealing with a physical issue (low back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, digestive issues, etc.) for a number of years.

All of those emotions are vibrating at a very low frequency in their body 24/7 until they are gently and lovingly set free.

Here are the Top 5 Trapped Emotions that I see all of the time and that I most frequently release from clients:

Anxiety – Yep.  This is a huge one.  So many times we go through an experience and are unable to let it go.  That energy from the experience has to go somewhere and it stays stuck in the body.  Once this one gets released, I’m often told that the client feels lighter, like they feel that a weight has been lifted off of their shoulders!

Rejection – I’m sure we’ve all heard the word “No” a few hundred times growing up as a kid. I know I did.  Getting a divorce, a girl we like not saying yes when we ask her out, differences between family members.  This can be a wonderful emotion to have released, knowing that we no longer have to carry that heavy energy with us.

Frustration – Your kids not listening to you.  Your boss breathing down your back to get that project done.  Not getting the communication that you’re wanting from your partner.  This is a fiery energy and emotion!  It’s one of those emotions that can feel like it’s boiling in your body.  Thankfully, with an Emotion Code session it can be released in just a few seconds and you can be free :

Overwhelm – I need more hours in the day!  How many times have you heard that one?  There can be so many things that we feel we need to get done in a day – yet we don’t have enough time.  This can also be an emotion we feel when Life is just throwing challenge after challenge our way and we feel like we don’t have the energy to deal with it.  Clients often recognize when this one comes up and feel such a sense of relief when it’s gone.

Unsupported – This is one to come up with clients when they are trying to get into a new relationship or going through a divorce.  They often carry this emotion in their body from their past and it prevents them from truly starting something new in their lives.  I’ve released this one from many Heart Walls.
